DESCRIPTION
Cratima is a Romanian software, graphic and web design company that activates both on the local and foreign market, providing its customers with a large range of software development services, internet and intranet solutions, IT consultancy.

1. 3rdEye
this application allows the user you to watch in real time, using the mobile phone, homes, holiday houses, stores, offices, etc. for any location which has GPRS cover. This technology of video mobile surveillance was launched at CeBIT 2006. 3rdEye can be used in many ways and, being entirely developed by Cratima, can be configured for each client needs:
- monitoring the employees during work hours;
- monitoring the activities in remote locations: warehouses, stores, parking lots, etc;
- watching kids at kindergarten / school, the way that elder persons are taking care of;
- watching “live” images from remote locations to obtain real-time information regarding weather conditions, traffic, etc;

2. LPRe (License Plate Recognition engine)
Software module used to find and identify automatically autovehicles license plates from the video image (either static or animated). Image analyzation and license plates recognition is made using complex algorithms which are based on artificial neural networks. This allows LPRe to be trained to recognize automatically different types of writings and shapes, allowing the use of this module in different applications:
- autos access control in private areas basd on their license plates
- systems for public/private parking lots;
- automatic recognition of waggons and containers series;
- systems for traffic management;
- watching and automatic detection of contraventions made in traffic.

3. The Portable Weighing System
It is used for weighing the autos found in traffic on national roads, to identify and sanction the transporters which go over the legal limits of weight loading, in in case a over load is detected, automatically a charge and penalty is calculated for the trasporter which he has to pay accordingly to our laws. For each auto weighted a weight ticket is printed, and in case of overload the transport autorization and a ticket proces is printed too. Every data regarding the autos is recorded in the system data base (i.e.: license plate, auto's type, the weighing location, each ax weight, the tax and penalty value, etc.)
