International

· Preparation of Tax returns of US Clients
The returns of individuals, trusts and special returns of intangibles are being currently prepared for more than 300 CPA firms on behalf of our US Associate. Plans are afoot to add further products of tax returns and allied services. The unique feature of the service is preparation of tax returns through all of the most popular tax software being used by US CPA firms.

We have processed more than 25000 tax returns for U. S. clients in the last three years.

· Preparation of Investment Partnership Accounts for US Client
The accounts of Investment Partnerships are being prepared from the raw data provided by the Clients and submitted within schedules to determine their key points on such finally prepared accounts. This work is also being done in a highly secured environment by the well qualified and trained staff through exclusive software of the Client’s choice.

We have been providing this service since last three years on quarterly basis.

· Accounting Services to UK Clients
The Client’s work is done on their server as per requirement for their forty plus end clients. The range of services includes from preparation of accounts, bank and suppliers reconciliations, various statements to compilation of details for VAT returns and audit files. The processing of work is done in a highly secured environment.

The accounts are being prepared by us on daily basis.

· Data entry for insurance business for UK client
As per our client’s requirements, data entries are being made with intellectual inputs to prepare end clients’ insurance policies. The work is to be submitted in time for the ultimate use of the end clients. The large volume of work is managed by exclusive team specially trained for such tasks. This is also done on a client’s server in paperless secured environment. We have processed data for more than 32000 insurance policies on daily basis.

Domestic

· Hire Purchase Documents to one of the largest auto–giant of India

In this area we provide complete services of checking the documents for its completeness, keeping the track of missing documents to make it complete, providing daily information to the client of inward flow and processing of documents, the most important part being preserving the safe custody of the ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS in fire proof storage and all supporting services to the Client for audit, inspection and verification of these legal assets. The unique part of the service is that all the documents are kept and maintained in the most systematic order with Least Minimum time for tracing any document. We have till date processed more than 49000 documents.

· Accounting and financial management services to Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority (GSDMA)

This is a specialized and exclusive service to the GSDMA as it covers areas like collection of data to compilation and preparation of accounts, monitoring of expenses for the set objects of the GSDMA, liaison with the noodle and linked branch agencies spread all over the state and submission of related MIS reports to the Government and financing agencies like the World Bank and Asian Development Bank etc. We are handling this assignment for more than 29 centers involved in this project.
