We are an accounting and financial outsourcing firm based in New Delhi, India. The work is undertaken in expert guidance of CPA's and CA's situated in New Delhi. We have necessary infrastructure and personnel to undertake accounting and financial outsourcing projects of any size. Our office is situated in the south Delhi location of South Extension II. We have broadband internet of 256kbps upgradeable to 1mbps at the office.

We provide the following service

ACCOUNTING/BOOKKEEPING: Preparation of accounting/bookkeeping in various in vogue accounting software like QuickBooks, Proseries, Peachtree, Sage etc. These tasks are carried out under the guidance and supervision of CPA's and CA's

TAXATION SERVICES: We provide taxation services to US and UK clients including filing of federal and state returns. These tasks are undertaken by CPA's or CA's engaged with us. We also provide taxation services for compliance with Indian tax laws for our clients having branch offices/ subsidiaries in India

SETTING UP OF FOREIGN BRANCH OFFICES/LIASION OFFICES: We help our clients set up foreign branch offices / liaison offices and subsidiaries in India. We provide services related to clearances from various Indian authorities including RBI etc. for setting up such offices.

OTHER MISCELLANEOUS TASKS: We provide services to our clients in various other fields related to accounting and financial outsourcing services as required from them time to time.
