Scope of work offered:
· Recording of sales, receipts and disbursements.
· Reconciling of accounts.
· Monthly report financial status through a balance sheet and statement of income and expenses.
· Proper filing of documents.

SKILLS
Bookeeping services given clients were given in complete and detailed form as follows:
· Sorting of documents available for recording and proper filing for quick reference.
· Detailed recording of transactions in books of accounts (in client's accounting software).
· Analysis of accounts and reconciliation with available statements.
· Preparation of month end reports.

Twenty (20) years of private practice have been devoted to audit of various businesses in the fields of transportation, cargo forwarding, school and church, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, merchandising, professional services, real estate, construction, food businesses and restaurants. Provided bookeeping, auditing and tax services to clients.

TERMS
Complete monthly bookeeping services stated above will be billed at US $500 per month. Upon acceptance a 50% downpayment and balance payable 3 days after submission of monthly records and reports. Documents and data will be processed daily and final month end financial statements will be submitted 7 days after bank and other documents required for reconciliation have been furnished my office. Other services like annual/year end report will be billed separately.
