Established in 1991, Pearls is headquartered at Indore, the commercial capital of Central India. Pearls believes in ‘Think Globally, Act Locally’. Public Sector: Pearls also caters to various governments organizations namely, BSNL, Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board (MPEB) and Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC).
Entertainment: Looking to our banking and telecom services we were approached by Tata Sky Limited for their prestigious Satellite Television Services network (DTH) with which we plan to start a new era in the fields of media and entertainment.

Process Support: Pearls has recently signed up with Niche Quality Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for improvement of its key processes of drop box pick up and customer credit to Six Sigma levels. We have already invested over 500 man-hours in short-listing CTQs and CTPs for defining CTSs.
Systems Developed: In order to give impetus to the banking and telecom operations, we are equipped with the following user-friendly software:
APS (Automatic Payment System) on Web: Online, real-time software for Telecom and other service industries for collection of bills (cash, cheques, credit cards), generation of customized MIS reports and remote updating of data. The USP of the system is cash denomination entry.

The Pearls Journey
1991: Pearls receives first assignment of cheques clearing from State Bank of Indore. To date State Bank of Indore happens to be our major client. 1993: State Bank of Indore endorsed which enabled Pearls to expand the services to other banks.1995: Pearls becomes FSP (Full Service Provider) to various banks for all their clearing services requirements in Indore and Bhopal. 1998: Leading telecom operator bestows its cheques processing operations. 1999: Started cheques pickup from Drop in Boxes & processing from December 1999 at Indore & now covering other 32 cities of M.P. & CG for Mobility also. 2000:Cash Counter Opened in November at Vijay Nagar, Indore. Now all cash counter for Landline of Indore, Pithampur, Ujjain (MP) & Lucknow (UP) is with us. 2004: NAD Management activities for Indore & Pithampur. 2004: Customer Care Desk at Ujjain & Pithampur. 2005: Customer education for Idea Post-paid connections. 2005: Cheques pickup and processing for NCR Delhi. 2006: Customer Verification and Bills Distribution in Meeruth, & Jaipur for Airtel.
