Effect was in 1997 as the first provider for HR outsourcing services (BPO)in Austria. Now, the company has 38 employees, sited in Vienna and Linz/Pasching, Graz and Salzburg.

More than 250 international and national clients are contracting their payroll service with effect, u.a. companies like Kodak, Coca-Cola, Unilever, etc.

As a part of the german BFD AG, effect is Austria´s leading HR BPO provider. We take response of monthly 20.000 payroll slips. The BFD as market leader in Germany takes care of 600.000 p.m.

Our USP:
We are offering our services independent from any software by using the most namable HR software products in Austria like SAP, LOGA, LOGAvplus, dpw V.8

As our clients prefer, we are hosting the HR software or we are using the software of our clients for our services (inhouse).

The prices in payroll service are bases on the monthly amount of payroll slips. So you get variable costs.

Every client has different needs, so the prices below are benchmarks.
Payroll service: € 10-12 p.m./p. payroll slip.
Full services: € 15-18 p.m./p. payroll slip.

The payroll software is included.
