Founded in 1984, Eastern Networks commercially known as EastNets™ is a leading payments and security solutions provider for the government and financial service industry. As a recognized market leader, EastNets™ is strategically positioned with offices across the broader EMENA region providing products and services either directly to our customers, or on a hosted basis through the EastNets™ Service Bureau (ENSB). EastNets™ covers major markets with offices and presence in the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Turkey, Egypt, Bahrain and Iraq.

EastNets primary business units fall under four categories:

1. Outsourcing: The EastNets™ Infrastructure Hosting through Service Bureau, an outsourcing and managed services platform located in Dubai Internet City’s data center today provides services to 80+ Financial Institutions throughout the Middle East, North Africa, Balkans and Pakistan. EastNets™ is accredited as SWIFT Service Bureau Partner. EastNets™ is also providing BPO (Business Process Outsourcing Services), quality assurance and Software testing services in its center in Egypt for US and European based customers.

2. Software Development: EastNets™ developed proprietary software in the area of ID Management, Middleware applications, Interactive voice response and other delivery solutions. EastNets™ is accredited as Microsoft Gold Partner and SWIFT Solutions Partner.

3. Financial Applications: Through partnerships with various leading financial solution providers, we represent an array of financial applications for the banking, financial institutions, and government and stock-market infrastructures. Offering an integrated products portfolio, covering from a front office operations to compliance and risk management processes, Eastnets works alongside its customers to address a broad range of their operational needs and help them address changing market and regulatory requirements.

4. Compliance and Security: EastNets™ has a team of certified network and security engineers that has been implementing IP-Virtual private networks, firewalls and other security solutions for banks, government projects and corporations throughout our region.
