Operational Methodology
In the define phase, the business requirements in terms of people, process and technology are captured. A project team comprising of representatives from recruitment, training, operations, and technology is created.
Once the scope of the process to be migrated has been defined, the design phase begins with outlining what the process requires in terms of people, processes and technology. Business continuity, change management communication, problem escalation and resolution are factored in. A detailed project plan is developed which identifies all relevant tasks, resources, costs, timelines and dependencies.
In the execution phase we recruit and train people as per requirements and also implement the technology solution. The project plan is tracked in regular project meetings and risk and issues are reviewed.
