Toll Free Dictation:

The doctor calls our dedicated 800 (TollFree) phone line and dictates from anywhere, any phone, anytime.

The voice files recorded in our system are transferred by encrypted format to our servers in our transcription centre. All this is done via our SSL secure encrypted servers.

The transcriptions are completed and sent via encrypted servers to the doctors office the following day.

Voice Recorder:

The doctor uses a voice recorder wherein he dictates onto a digital recorder. The dictation is saved in the doctor's pc in a specific format which can be downloaded onto our transcription website with the click of a button.
