Ennovant has two directors, here below I am briefing directors background.

Mr. AK Gupta, director. He is very renowned textile business man in Kolkata. He is doing textile export for last 30 years mainly in North America.

Mr. Diganta Datta, technical director. He is basically electronics engineer; he has more then 8 years of experience in BPO industry. He had work for some MNC companies as an operational chief. He has experience to handle various types of BPO projects, like, mortgage, USA and UK insurance claim processing, medical transcription, data conversion (e-books), medical billing and coding, credit card processing, HR and accounting and lots of international call center process for USA and UK. We used to sell lots of telecom, mobile, ISP and traveling pakages for USA and UK customers.

Both of directors have lots of experience in various field of business.

We have a team of strong technical persons and qualified management staff. This team has more than four - five years of international BPO & call center experience. With this staff we are managing our international clients from UK and USA and delivering the best quality output to them with in a specific time frame thus fulfilling the requirements of the client(s) and meeting our targets. Due to our team of hardworking and dedicated employees we have been able to achieve our goals very quickly.

Current BPO and call center process and with team size

USA insurance claim processing (forms like HICFA, UB92, Dental) - 45 operators and handling 15000 images per day with 12 hours TAT. We are handling this project continuously for the last one year for the same set of customers, who have greatly appreciated the quality of our work.

USA mortgage entry processing (1003, 1008 entry, credit report analysis, refinance case analysis) - 15 operators and handling 200 files per day with 48 hours TAT. We are doing this process for last one year for the same client.

Online invoice and purchase order transaction process - We are doing this project for last one year with 10 operators handling 500 invoices daily with 2 hours TAT.

MT process for few clinics in USA for last 6 months with 20 transcriptionists. Every day we are generating 7k lines with 12 hours TAT.

Two most reputed domestic tele-calling process – 125 telecalling agents are working with us. We are doing one process for last 4 years and another process for last 3 months.We can tell you the client name also when we will discuss face to face. Our client is very happy so that they have done 3 years contact with for selling these product for them.

One UK telecom process, with 50 telecallers, we are doing this process for last 1 year.

SKILLS
We are basically involve in BPO.
We have very good management staff in call center and in back office work also. Our diretors have lots of experiance in this field.

TERMS
Per lead price $40 (always negotiable).
Payment should be bi-weekly.
