Our office is located in one of the most technologically advanced buildings in the metropolitan area of San Jose, Costa Rica. Our management consists of experts in a variety of fields, whom have a combined 200 years of experience in the call center, marketing, professional services, IT and data service industries.
EQUIPMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE
The telecommunications equipment we use is state of the art digital switch. Our agents are able to make and receive calls, monitor visitors on a customer’s website, initiate chat sessions with prospects, answer customer service tickets, etc. The phone and computer are used together to cover all possible points of contact with end-users so that we are able to support your customers using every possible means. Within the telephony platform we are able to support advanced features such as screen pops, call recording, call whisper (used for training purposes) and call monitoring, as well as the ability to launch and run applications (such as a web browser or order entry screen) when phone calls come in.
Our infrastructure currently supports up to 2000 simultaneous calls and is easily expandable to meet any volume or capacity. It gives us the ability to establish queues from which customers can be routed to the most appropriate agent(s) based on department, level of experience, idle time, specific skill, etc. Each queue is capable of feeding the customer statistics in real-time, such as: number of callers ahead, time on hold, approximate waits time and so on. We can even allow users to trigger informational emails to themselves, or to hear pre-recorded messages, just by pressing a designated key.
All of the above infrastructure and tools allow us to efficiently manage and operate the call center for our clients, while matching the hours and style of the client's business.

We are focused basically in any kind of campaign that can be handled by a call center, we have a proffesional staff with experience in various fields such as sales, telemarketing, collections, customer service, surveys, and others. The other field in which we are focused other than the wide range of call center solutions is the hosting service that is the other big division of our company.
