Birish Kotwani - Chartered Accountant
He is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is having rich experience in the field of providing Business Process Outsourcing Services to corporates in the areas of Accounting & Taxation, Indirect tax laws, Management consultancy services & Auditing. He has through understanding of US and Indian GAAP. He is also a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 : 2000.

Anand Kalra - Chartered Accountant
He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He also have rich experience in providing business process outsource services in the area of accounting and taxation, corporate laws, project financing, management consultancy services & auditing. He is also a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and certified lead auditor for ISO 9001:2000.
