Founded in 2002, Summit began as a Software Development and consultancy, in the execution of projects, through its Consultants. Thereafter, several new and valuable relationships were forged with organizations like Satyam among others. By the end of 2002, with the Internet throwing up immense possibilities, the company began focusing on Internet Technologies netting new clients.

In 2003, Summit experimented with the infosec business, initially in the web applications arena and later, in client server and related technologies. This was the period which gave inception to Summit wholly owned subsidiary.

Foreseeing the potential in IT Consulting Service the organization went through an internal reorientation and restructuring to summit itself primarily on IT Consulting Services and Career Management. The company continues its services in software development and BPO, for its international clientele, through its software development center (SDC) at Hyderabad. The SDC comprises of an exclusive team of well qualified and experienced IT professionals, providing offshore software development and onsite consulting services.
