Our History:
1984
Tecnova India Pvt. Limited was promoted as a subsidiary of Tecnova SA, France to facilitate technology transfer to India.

1987
Tecnova became fully Indian company with management buying out parent’s holding in Tecnova India. Tecnova India became privately held company in India.

1991
The main focus of the company was shifted to provide strategic business and management consultancy.

2000
With new focus on information technology and providing the India advantage to global customers, Tecnova has been providing solutions and services to its customers in enterprise applications – ERP, CRM areas, employee services portals (B2E), government to citizen (G2C) services portals, and application integration services.

2001
Started new division with a focus on offering business process outsourcing services to its customers from India. Tecnova has been providing services including product database creation and management, accounting, payroll, claims process to the customers.

2006
In order to provide a strong focus in IT and BPO, Visnova Solutions Private Limited, a result of the software and BPO divisions of Tecnova India being spun off to create Visnova. The objective of the new company is to bring more focus to the software and BPO businesses of Tecnova.

Visnova will focus on enabling enterprises to succeed in the e-age by providing advanced software solutions and services and high-end KPO/BPO services. The company starts out as one of the leading providers of SAP business one solutions and services globally and also as a leader in healthcare-related KPO services. Visnova is working with over 50 SAP and Microsoft Dynamics Partners spanning 4 continents and 15 countries. Visnova also has 10 KPO/BPO customers, including leading healthcare companies in the US.

Suresh Rajpal, Chairman and CEO
Suresh has over 31 years of management experience in the global IT industry. His 29-year career with Hewlett Packard spanned 3 continents. He founded and presided over Hewlett Packard's India operations leading it to a USD 200 million enterprise.Suresh’s accomplishments include leading Hewlett-Packard India to achieve the highest award for business excellence in the country - the CII EXIM Award for Business Excellence. He founded eCapital solutions in 1999, leading it to an enterprise with a turnover of USD 40 million a year through organic growth and acquisitions within 2 years. Suresh was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2000.
