HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK

Transfer of information

Your staff or our designated staff will transmit the information to us by courier, post, fax, e mail or by uploading files to our secure servers. The choice of the method to be used is to be decided by you.
Diary system for data collection and production.
We operate a sophisticated electronic diary system where we will record all the activity pertaining to your accounting functions. The system issues automatic prompts on a regular basis, to all persons responsible for your work, to ensure the timely delivery of all work, without the need for you to remind us.

Processing of work

All input data that enters our system is logged, recorded and stored electronically ready for processing. The processing team will study the said information and will resolve any queries that they have before entry into the accounting system. All work processed will be checked for accuracy and quality of presentation at least 3 times before the work is published and is accessible by you. We have dedicated staff who research on how to improve on our processing, reporting, storage and communication systems on a daily basis.

Access to your company information

You can access your company information via the internet from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year under strict security protocols. The data accessed by you, can be stored in your local computer for your use and analysis. Should you wish to have hard copies of your reports on a regular basis, this also can be arranged.
Storage, confidentiality and security of your company information
We prefer not to remove any documents or hard copy originals from your organization. All input data that is converted into an electronic platform, all accounting ledgers and final reports are loaded up to our servers on a regular basis forming a comprehensive filing system which can be accessed by you at any time. All our servers are backed up automatically on a daily basis to 4 different locations internationally to avoid the problems of a server failure at any one location. To maintain confidentiality and security of information, all servers are protected by strict security protocols.
Training and guidance in the use of our services
