New Image Consultants is designed to focus on generating more free time for our customers to run their business. We provide affordable, competitive, friendly, experienced and professional service.
SKILLS
New Image Consultants will process your invoices for payment, store the paper associated work with vendor paid bills in our storage files. After processing, checks will be matched with vendor invoices, supporting documents and prepared for mailing. We will also handle calls from vendors with regard to payment of invoices.
New Image Consultants will do all the labor intensive responsibilities and our client is responsible for decision making such as "who", "how much", and "when to print their checks."
New Image Consultants will prepare monthly aging, vendor analysis, and variance reports. Customized reports will be provided when requested. All reports are in Excel format.
TERMS
New Image Consultants prices are competitive with today's market. Each job is significant and varies with the demand of the client.
