Extramind Consulting, Inc. is a finance and accounting outsourcing company. We focus on delivering consistent superior quality outsourced accounting services. We have more than 2 years experience in doing full bookkeepping services for small and medium size companies. We use a web-based financial system that allows our client to process transactions online from their office - enabling real-time capture of transactions, as we do routine accounting and bookkeepping work at our office. We then provide web-based financial reports.

While we are very capable of delivering our service using our proprietary financial system, we also have the necessary skills set to do accounting using other accounting software packages including Quickbooks, ACCPAC and Platinum.

We also do functional accounting outsourcing, from expense report processing to disbursements and billing. We likewise do accounts reconstruction and special audit work.

Lastly, we do selected IT consulting work - in the line of process documentation, manualization and a host of other IT related work.

TERMS
Our outsourcing fee is based on the volume and complexity of the transactions to be processed. For full-scope accounting services, we deliver financial statements within 3 working days after each month-end. Fees are negotiated based on the actual circumstances of the client.
