• Rico IT is headed by Mr. Vikram Thakur who has Bachelor of Engineering specializing in Computers along with Masters degree in International Business.

• The backbone is looked after by Mr. Manoj Thakur - who has Bachelor of Engineering specializing in electronics along with Masters degree in marketing.

• The Operations is headed by Mr. Sanmeet Singh who has a Bachelor of Science degree with more than 9 years experience in computer field and has worked with various quality systems such as 6 SIGMA, CMMI LEVEL 2 & COPC.
