DELIVERY MODELS
We implement any of the following three Delivery Models:
Direct mode (Offshore)- the delivery is made directly by the DVYGUN offshore team to a client's representative; Insourcing mode (On-site/Offshore) - the delivery is made by the DVYGUN team, working on-site within the client’s organization; partner mode (Onshore/Offshore) - wherever necessary we invite local business partners, resident in the client's country/region, to participate in the delivery of the work performed by the DVYGUN offshore team.
