TERMS
Terms and Conditions:
1) The services given are going to be in concepts of time (hours) and materials (traveling cost, equipment, license) use in the project.
2) The bill mentioned does not include any traveling cost needed during the trip.
3) This estimated cost is the final cost of the services given. Equipment, license and other figures mentioned prior this point may exceed the estimated cost, even so, any modification at this concepts, the client will be notified before the work is done and any changes with both parts approval will be recorded on a document thru a system of changes control.
4) In case of a cancellation of a project by request of the client attach with the changes control. The client will be billed for the amount that corresponds to the effort an work done by Architecture and Intelligent Solutions till the date of cancellation or suspension, in the same way to pay for the products already sent.

Deliver Conditions:
The product or the services given by Architecture and Intelligent Solutions will be delivered in the next way and conditions:
During the phase of final delivering, electronic files of the drawing produced will be delivered attach with a memory of the project with all the control changes in a CD-R or by e-mail as request of the client. After the signature of the deliver letter, the specific products or/ and services provided by Architecture and Intelligent Solutions will be considered delivered at its totality and on a 100% satisfaction of the client, in this matter leaving Architecture and Intelligent Solutions free of any obligations with in the services describe on this document.

Property:
At the moment of signing the received letter, the client becomes the only owner of the product delivered. This includes documents and contracts relative with the service given. It does not include, process and methodology. The products and/or services describe above on this preposition are for the exclusive use of the client.
