Arquitectura e Interiores is a design and construction firm based in Bogota, Colombia. We have more than five years of experience designing and building corporate interior spaces, and have completed projects totaling more than 2 million square feet to date.

With our experience and staff, we are capable of providing excellent design services in markets far beyond our borders. We are now looking to expand our clientele to other design firms looking to lower their costs.

INTERIOR DESIGN:

Based on your firms' recommendations we can design innovative spaces that respond directly to your clients business goals, needs and character.

DRAFTING:

We will draw in AutoCAD 2004 architectural plans, technical drawings, construction details or any other construction document that is necessary for a project. Based on the construction documents we can develop complete and comprehensive spec sheets for projects.

COMPUTER ANIMATION:

3D computer animations: Your clients can feel like they're walking through a space before it has actually been constructed. This creation not only adds great value to a design process, but it is also a wonderful tool to help clients visualize their future space.

Interactive CD's: Media comprised of colored elevations, sketches, concept diagrams, 3D animations, 3D renderings and other necessary drawings that illustrates the full concept of a project through a friendly menu system.


COMPUTER RENDERING:

Virtual reality views of a space before it is constructed. This image can be integrated to the design process and can be dynamically updated throughout the course of a project.

TERMS
We will charge you 35 to 50% less than what it costs you to have an in-house architect or produce the work.

We will charge you exactly in the same modality as you charge your clients. (per hour, sq ft, etc.)

SCOPE OF WORK:

1. AUTOCAD TRACE FROM HARD COPIES:

- We can produce CAD drawings from hand-drawn sketches, blueprints/ sepias/ mylars, bitmap (BMP) files, DXF files, etc. We are flexible and can use either your layering standards or the AIA layering standards.

2. TENANT IMPROVEMENT DRAWINGS:

Based on a sketch of a general layout we will fully develop the following drawings:

- Cover Page
- Construction Plan
- Furniture Plan
- Telephone and electrical plan
- Finish Plan
- Millwork elevations
- Simple Millwork sections

3. SIMPLE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS:

Based on sketches we will fully develop the following drawings:

- Title Sheet
- 2 Sheets of Notes
- Construction Plan
- Reflected Ceiling plan
- Power/voice data plan
- Floor finish plan
- Finish Plan
- Furniture Plan
- Partitions Plan
- Door and Hardware schedule with notes
- Door Details
- 4 Sheets of Elevations

4. CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS WITH CABINET WORK:

Based on sketches we will fully develop the following drawings:

- Title Sheet
- 2 Sheets of Notes
- Construction Plan
- Reflected Ceiling plan
- Power/voice data plan
- Floor finish plan
- Finish Plan
- Furniture Plan
- Partitions Plan
- Door and Hardware schedule with notes

5. COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS WITH CABINET WORK:

Complex construction drawings are those that require design on our part. These projects may also require more details than most usual projects.

6. HOURLY AND MONTHLY FEES:

An architect with at least five years experience will be assigned to the project. He or she will be supervised by one of our principals. The monthly charge is based on 160 hours a job. Each architect will have a Pen
