The Group is run by a distinguished engineer, Mr Lakshman Balaraman, and an outstanding architect, Mr R Natarajan. Mr Balaraman's qualifications are MS (University of Michigan), BTech (IIT), Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). Mr Natarajan's qualifications are B Arch (Madras Unniversity)and Fellow of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA).

TERMS
Prices
Our rates are Indian industry standard. You can request we bill you by the hour, by the sheet or on a fixed quote basis. An advance is required for new customers.

Payment
Payment is due at fixed milestones which are usually project-specific. You make payments of less than $500 by credit card via our reputed third-party credit card processor, and send us larger payments by electronic transfer.

Turnaround
We work 16/7, so our turnaround times are excellent.

Guarantee
All our drawings are warranted for one year against errors.
