Ecoarch is a small group of architects who offers Architectural services in Maharashtra, India.
We are dynamic success oriented architects with a technical background and over six years experience with excellent communication and management skills. We challenge the traditional ways in which construction activities are carried out by any Organization for years together. Our first priority is always the best architectural solution for any project along with the fulfillment of client’s needs.

Achievements:
Year 2002: Worked on an award wining national level Landscape designing competition ‘Aastha Kunj’( organised by Delhi development Authority, New Delhi) for Ar. Nitin Kute & Apeksha Kute.Got Commendation Prize.
Year 2003: Worked for First Prize winning competition project of Mumbai University Sub Centre at Ratnagiri for ‘Environ Planners’ ,Ar.Sanjay Patil,Nashik, Maharashtra.

TERMS
Standard Business Terms:
10% of the total payment shall be made at the time of initial draft order and rest of the payment can be made at time of completion or finial submission of drawings work, described earlier in the order documents. You will be paid as per flowing per drawings basis.

(i) A0 Size @ $40/ sheet.
(ii) A1 Size @ $20/ sheet.
(iii) A2 Size @ $10/ sheet.
Depending on drawings and projects.
Rates may vary as per the project.

Terms of Payment:
Payment shall be made as follows for the number of drawings made:
1) On completion and first submission of drawing 50%.
2) On re-submission after incorporating all revisions suggested by you 50%.
