TERMS
Our rates for conversion of various sizes of drawings as below:

Indian Client:

A0 size Rs 450/- per drawing
A1 size Rs 1050/- per drawing
A2 size Rs 1500/- per drawing
A3 size Rs 1800/- per drawing
A4 size Rs 2400/- per drawing

Notes:

We have assumed 16 hours of work in an A0 size drawing.
Service tax extra @ 10.2%.
The above rates could be refined once we review sample images and understand the extent of work involved.
Specifications would be freeze before start of project.

International Client:

We would charge an hourly rate of USD 4.00 / hour, if a minimum billing of 5000 USD is guaranteed. The project billing would be on hour estimates based on review of sample images and agreeable to all the parties.

Notes:

The work order and billing would be in USD.
Deliverables would be specified in dates to avoid any communication gap.
The above rates could be refined once we review sample images and understand the extent of work involved.
Specifications would be freeze before start of project.
