I Chaney and Associates is an architectural practice established in 1982 on Mr. Chaney’s return to India after over 12 years in the UK. During the past two decades the practice has completed over 500 prestigious projects in several cities in this country. Our projects range from residential, hospitality and health care to commercial and industrial environments. The practice has won several awards for excellence in design and has been featured in professional journals.

I Chaney and Associates is designing some of the largest industrial, healthcare and residential facilities in the country. Amongst our recent clients are Sahara Amby Valley (with Bechtel), Clover Group of developers and Times of India – largest English daily in the world.

Our offshore experience includes working with Bechtel on five projects and Aussie Houses Group (Australia) for AVSLC, MAN Roland (Germany) on four printing press projects for Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd and Motorola (USA) for Iridium (India) Gateway Facility.

We are working on live projects in design development and construction stages in UK and US. The projects are an assortment of hotels, banks, retail outlets, hotel interiors, residential with some of the renowned architectural practices. Proposals are being discussed for refurbishment of an airport and a master planning project.

SKILLS
Chaney CAD Solutions Pvt. Ltd has been set up as an architectural knowledge-processing studio to service the architectural community worldwide.

We offer design development, 2D drafting of execution drawings, power point presentations, 3D presentations and animation. Dedicated support and responsibility will be provided through teams customized to each client’s requirements from inception to completion of the project. We will be your extended global studio, professionally managed as directed by your needs. Should the need arise; we can place our representative in your office during the duration of the project to ease communications.

Adherence to your standards will help us to streamline your design development process, significantly reduce your production costs and allow you to concentrate on you core design domain.

We are certified for ISO 9001:2000.
We work in a total CAD environment employing AutoCAD, 3D Max and recently Revit, ArchiCAD and Microstation. Our strength lies in world class, zero error delivery. Customer focus, time management and quality assurance are in-house obsessions.
