Independent DPO / Cost Consultant:
Undertaking DPO (Design Process Outsourcing) projects from USA, UK & UAE on consultancy basis for AutoCAD drafting, shop/working drawings, rebar detailing drawings, dimensional drawings, steel fabrication drawings, sketch to CAD formats, drawing digitization of all sorts, take-offs, quantity surveys, detailed and conceptual estimates for concrete, masonry, steel, drywall, MEP, HVAC and general construction in heavy and commercial construction sector.
SKILLS
Capacity of producing Bar Bending Schedule with Shop Drawings for 3000 MT of Steel per month. We use BS:4466 British Standard Codes for BBS.
Detailed Estimates, Take-offs, Quantity Analysis, Sub-Contractor Bid Evaluation. Organizing estimated items through CSI(American) Divisions using computer softwares. Simultaneously managing multiple projects. Prepare scope summary sheet by trade. Supervise thorough documentation of all addendums and alternates to insure comprehensive and accurate bids. Produce list of alternates and trade value.
TERMS
Rates:-
Estimating/Quantity Surveying/Rebar Detailing: $12 - 15 per Man-hour.
Rebar Detailing/Bar Bending Schedules: $5 per Metric Tonne.
Engineering Drawings/ACAD:-
A0/A1 Size : $175 - 250 per drawing.
A2 Size : $125 - 175 per drawing.
A3 Size : $75 - 125 per drawing.
