ae arquitectos is a Colombian based outsourcing provider for architectural services. Our studio offers services including architectural design, urban planning and development, CAD drawings, and architectural visualization services (computer based, renderings and illustrations by hand). We currently serve customers locally and internationally in Mexico and the US.

Our main areas of focus are the following:
1. Architectural design: with award winning employees, we have done projects in individual housing, condos, hotels, buildings, and interior design
2. Urban planning and development: specialized in Latin American cities, we offer consultant services and master plans
3. CAD drawings: with a predefined project and specifications given by our customer, we develop the construction plans needed.
4. Architectural visualization: we offer renderings, videos and all type of computarized visualization services for your architectural project. We also offer illustrations by hand in colors, pencil, watercolor, ink and pen.
5. Plans digitalization: we digitalize the plans you need in CAD.

TERMS
Our prices are very competitive given the fact that our services are performed in Colombia, where architects of the highest quality earn a third or less of European or American counterparts.

Our process is the following: When the potential customer contacts us with specific needs, we will give a quote and estimated timetable. A project manager is assigned to the project to ensure constant communication and the highest quality. Throughout the process we can communicate via our web page, where we have a special client home page, instant messenger, skype, email, telephone or fax. Payment terms vary for each individual project.
