DESCRIPTION
Our firm was founded in 1979. We have been working in architectural design in more than 250 projects over all of these years.

We have designed houses and multifamily buildings, low income, middle class and luxurious housing, urban design, commercial interior design, office buildings, institutional and educational buildings, shopping centers, tourist and entertainment buildings.

We are a small firm as is usual in our country, but, we are up to date in technology, software and professional trends in our field (architectural design) and full of passion for the design that permits offering a world-class service.

OUR WORK PHILOSOPHY:
- Close working liaison until the owner's requirements are fulfilled.
- We make the necessary sketches, drawings, proposals until achieving the wanted one and then develop it.
- Our work only makes sense if your design expectations about the job are fulfilled and strongly believe that what you want to achieve and our ideas should merge.
- We don't only aspire to have a good beginning in a project; we also concentrate on finishing it well for the construction phase. The good architecture depends on the details too.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER:
Gabriel Martin was graduated in 1977 with Architectural degree from Simon Bolivar University in Caracas, Venezuela.

He had an working experience as student in Puerto Rico and recently he has international professional experiences in Costa Rica, Trinidad and Tobago and Hong Kong aside his local professional jobs. He was participated in several architectural international competitions.

He is a registered architect in Venezuela, AIA International Associate Member, New York Chapter, USA and processing the architect's license in Spain (European Community).

TERMS
Payment Terms:
To be agreed upon in advance. Typically various forms can be considered: lump sum fees, hourly fees, percent of construction fees, etc. paid on a schedule agreed upon basis. However, we are open to listen to other different payment terms.

Time for Completion:
Time for completion depends on the job, but we recommend to allow sufficient time to do it right so that the finally chosen alternative is entirely satisfactory.
