TGK & Associates is a team of customer care professionals bringing a wide variety of expertise to bear on solving customer care problems for clients world wide.

Led by Tim Keefe, our President. Tim brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the customer care environment. He has held leadership positions at Pacific Bell, Wells Fargo Bank, Macromedia, IP Global Voice and Synergia Cybercare.

TGK & Associates LLC was established in 2002 and has served clients across the globe in that time.

With staff and partners located around the globe, we can bring teams of experts to solve problems with people, process and technology while keeping our clients costs low.

SKILLS
TGK & Associates provides customer care solutions as elements or as a complete end to end solution. This allows our clients the flexibility to chose the components that make sense for them.

We work with clients to improve the capability of the people that are facing their customers. We have training programs for the critical soft skills that are necessary to make customers happy with their vendors and to keep coming back. We also work with supervisors and senior managers to give them the skills that are necessary for success. Many of our clients are also looking to augment internal staff with outsource providers. We work with our clients to identify and implement with the outsource providers that are appropriate to their culture and customer.

We work with clients to identify, document, and engineer their customer facing business processes. We work with clients to clearly understand what their customers need from them and how to deliver those needs while minimizing costs. We will work with internal staff and external vendors and customers to establish service base lines and metrics to demonstrate ongoing improvement.

We work with clients to identify the technology solutions that make sense for their business. We are vendor agnostic and evaluate vendors based on their solutions, capability and fit for our clients environment. As part of this effort we will often manage RFP's so that our clients and focus on their business.
