DESCRIPTION
We are a Medical Transcription Services Organization in India working for the past 4-6 years in the MT industry for various clients. We are a legal entity in India having our registration with the Central Excise Department, Government of India. We have fully trained MTs for optimum accuracy in the work that we produce. We have been successful in providing client acceptable quality work to a number of clients. Our team of transcriptionists is headed by a well qualified professional having AAMT certification. Our entire transcription process undergoes stringent quality checks at 3 different levels to ensure that the work is of highest quality.

SKILLS
Our key areas of skills or expertise are:

1. Ability to provide transcripts at any given TAT.

2. Ability to transcribe multi-specialty reports, multi-specialty surgery reports.

3. We have experience of working with Cancer Centers, Cosmetic surgery clinics, and other multi-specialty hospitals and clinics.

TERMS
Our pricing is most competitive. We have the following business model:

1. Work having TAT of 12 hours and beyond = 8 cents per line.

2. Work having TAT of less than 12 hours up to 6 hours = 9 cents per line.

3. Work having TAT of less than 6 hours and STAT work = 10 cents per line.

For clients providing regular flow of work and volumes:

1. 2000 lines per day, TAT 12 hours and plus = 8 cents per line.

2. 5000 lines per day, TAT 12 hours and plus = 7.5 cents per line.

3. 10,000 plus lines per day, TAT 12 hours and plus = 7 cents per line.

4. 2000 lines per day, TAT less than 12 hours = 9 cents per line.

5. 5000 lines per day, TAT less than 6 hours = 8.5 cents per line.

6. 10,000 plus lines per day for STAT work = 8 cents per line.


Note: Entire work done by us will be of client acceptable quality. We can also provide MT level work at a lower cost than the above to clients having Editing/QA facility at their end.
