Medical Transcription - consultation reports, operative reports, discharge summaries, etc. in almost all fields of medicine - OB/GYN, pediatrics, radiology, haematology, ER care, plastic surgery, neurology, orthopedics, dermatology, internal medicine, geriatrics, family medicine, etc.

Legal Transcription - consultation minutes, pleadings, memoranda, depositions, motions, appeal briefs, court room transcription, etc.

Data entry - tabulations, electronic book publishing, database encoding

Electronic conversions - paper records, civil registry documents

TERMS
We have standardized our prices for our transcription services, at US$0.10 per 65-character-line, unless special instructions are provided. We guarantee at least 98% accuracy and a turn-around-time of 12 hours for standard volume of documents.

We require firm purchase order prior to commencing work, from which time our delivery clock starts to run. We submit our invoice together with our completed work, for payment 15 days thereafter through Western Union Money Transfer Services or bank telegraphic transfer. For large volumes of work, we require down payment, terms of which are open for negotiation.
