Delivery Mechanism:
You send: Paper documents, book, journals, periodicals, etc., Image files (tif, pdf, gif, jpeg, etc.)
You receive: Any file format (text, pdf, doc, mdb, etc.), Any media (CDs, tape, Zip disk, etc.), Via Internet, FTP, VPN, Telnet, etc.)

The Process:
The scanning is done manually with utmost care through heuristic sampling. This process ensures giving the best output for the whole process.
Data Entry - Operators key in the data with utmost care.
Quality Check – The group of quality analysts checks each operator output with the specific checklist.
Final QA Process – This is the second phase in checking the quality. Each project is guided by specific QA process including random sample checking, proofreading, and computer checks. The QA plan also addresses production and delivery schedules.
