EMedTex is an up and coming Canadian-based medical transcription company with its offshore office in Lahore, Pakistan. We are trying to expand our business and are looking for new clients.

We offer obligation free one week trial period for evaluation of our services. We hope you will give us the opportunity to work with you. We are also currently offering 10% discount on first three invoices and refer a client and get a 50% discount on the invoice chosen by the client.

All you need is a digital handheld recorder, computer and internet to avail our services. You can record the dictation in the digital handheld recorder, transfer the recorded files to your computer and upload those dictation files to our secure FTP site. You can also retrieve the transcribed files from the FTP site.

Once the files are received, they are assigned to different transcriptionists, and after two tiers of quality analysis and formatting, the transcribed documents are uploaded back. Transcribed documents can also be faxed or sent via email.

SKILLS
We have an experienced team of medical transcriptionists, editors and proofreaders who are well-versed in multiple specialties such as internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, radiology, pediatrics, general surgery etc. as well as various diverse accents, dialects and English as second language dictators.

TERMS
Our rates start at 10 cents per line for delivery of transcribed files in a turnaround time of 24 hours. All rates are based on a line of 65 characters with spaces. We offer discounts for high volume clients. If the client requires STAT reports, turnaround time can be as quick as 4 hours (additional charges will apply). Transcribed reports are normally delivered to clients in a turnaround time of 24 hours.

In compliance with HIPAA regulations, we prefer a business associate agreement as well as a service agreement.
