We Global Resource Management has recently acquired Global Call Centers in Pakistan. We have been involved in setting up call centers and medical transcription entity in Middle East mainly with our parent company, which owns brands like Samsung, zenith computers, micron Labs and other software medical companies in Saudi Arabia.

Our presence is also in Pakistan where forwarding/inbound traffic is not expensive; henceforth makes us profitable origin for call centers/transcription; already 10 call centers and several transcription centers are flourishing in different parts of the country due to low operational cost over Voip telephony. We are already supporting our clients presently with 25 seats and planning to increase it up to 200 seats by the end of the year.

Our pledge is that we are interested to do joint venture with companies who are quality, quantity and profit oriented and willing to enhance the volumes by investing little in customer service industry. The workers available here are no less; they have good linguistic hearing approach, good generic knowledge, excellent speed and friendly attitude.
