FoneXia Fiji can offer you voice and data, and both inbound and outbound services via our technology centre in Suva. Ping times from US and Australia to Fiji are very short (<150ms) and service uptime is excellent. VoIP technology supports secure and cost-effective communications and rich functionality of applications.

Operating on a 24 x 7 shift pattern, FoneXia Fiji will provide you total confidence that your customers have a point of contact any time of the day or night. FoneXia agents have undergone extensive training in communications, conflict resolution and sales techniques. Additionally, they would be trained to your campaign-specific requirements.

Operating from Fiji has many advantages over outsource solutions in the Philippines and India. The main attractions of Fiji are:

- English speaking population (English is the native language of Fiji having very neutral accents compared to India and Philippines).

FoneXia is fully operational with a contact center of 90 seat capacity able to offer selected clients all contact services including voice, website interaction, SMS, e-mail, and ultimately video in a quality controlled environment. This capacity will grow to >1000 within 18 months.

The next growth phase (240 seats) is planned for Q2 2005.

TERMS
As far as cost is concerned, basic contact center voice services start in the range of US $12–18 per seat/hour (dependent on technical and training requirements, and also communications costs to client country).

More advanced services and campaigns requiring special skills will attract higher hourly rates (but very competitive).
