1. Team
We are having a well qualified & trained transcription team possessing thorough knowledge in their job and also having the ability to complete their task well within the stipulated time. The size of the team is 7 at present.

2. Quality - Editor - Commitment
Our main aim is to achieve 100% perfection in our job and assure you a guaranteed quality all the time.

3. Work
We have the pleasure of taking up your Medical Transcription, during the night period, any assignment ranging from 120-150 Minutes initially and equally interested to do the Editing work up to 1500 ** lines per day.

Medical Transcription, Data Entry, Back Office, Data Conversation, Call Center with small set up(up to 30 Seaters)

TERMS
4. Terms
We would like to commence & offer our transcription work at the rate of Rs. 2.25 (Rupees Two and paise Twenty Five only ) or 5 US Cents (Five US Cents) and above per edited line, to begin with.

5. Payment
We will be submitting our monthly invoice between 1st & 3rd of subsequent month and are requesting you to release 100% payment on or before 7thth of the same month.

6. Upload/Download
At present, We are having 128 Kbps Dishnet DSL connection for uploading and downloading of files.
Currently, we are not having any FTP site of our own. We shall be much obliged if you could authorize us to use your FTP site for uploading and downloading files.

7. Turn Around Time
For the final uploading of files, we request you to fix the turn around time 12 hours ie between 9.00 pm – 4.00 am every day. We also request you to keep the files ready in your FTP site/Portals 1 hour before commencement of our work
