SOFOS is setting up with world-class infrastructure facility, meeting the global BPO standards. The facility will be equipped with highly secure and robust communications. High-speed connectivity network with built in redundancy and diverse IPLC paths to provide unparalleled quality in operations. The best of the breed technology, together with world-class systems and processes are deployed.

SOFOS values customer data and information. The concerns on data security and vital information is addressed by adapting stringent security standards. Access control cards at all entry points, restricting entry to authorized associates and certified vendors. Access to each client is restricted by the use of passwords and access level rights.

Highlights of our infrastructure include
• Fully secured and networked capacity of 100 seats with 7,000+ sq.ft.
• Independent bays for each client, with 24x7 security.
• 200% power back-up and redundant data and telecommunications links.
• A dedicated Technology Infrastructure Team (TIT) manages the technology infrastructure requirements for SOFOS and its clients. For complex requirements, we provide a full-time resource initially to ensure client satisfaction.
• The Team is responsible for internal systems, engagement-specific application development, information security and knowledge management.

High performance UPS systems, fully redundant with automatic fail over, are deployed. The UPS systems are energized by the generator systems. A proper preventive maintenance schedule is in place to ensure that the whole power supply system is in perfect condition on a 24 x 7 basis.
