DESCRIPTION
I have a team of professionals from gecis and other prominent companies like infy, hcl working part time on these projects. These are all professionals currently working fulltime for mnc and Indian bpos and hence can't frontend the business. I get them on consulting basis to provide the following services in outsourcing space:
1. Market research and competitive intelligence
2. Domestic bpo setup
3. Opportunity identification exercises
4. Transition and project management
5. SLA contract management
6. Company presentation
7. Service offerings and planning
The general experience of these professionals in between 5-15 years and they are at levels of transition and solution manager, to account manager and bpo head.
TERMS
We will provide services as per the hours booked by these consultants and they are typically in range of $50-100 per hour depending on the requirements.
