We provide research and expertise in recruitment ATS and CRM systems, passive candidate search, company intelligence gathering, or diligent execution of your subscription tools. Our back office support allows recruitment / staffing firms to transfer or augment existing internet research, resume/CV processing, duplicate checking, intelligence gathering, building of recruiter call plans, data entry, data base cleanups / coding, and much more.

eCyber Assistant has AIRS certified professionals on staff and is part of active curriculum. We focus education to passive search and intelligence gathering.

We offer sustained tenure and ongoing education of our eCyber researchers.

* Profile Searches: Automated searches on candidates who fit into your niches. Quality of candidates (search/filter criteria) approved by recruiters then turned into production daily/weekly execution.

* Esearches: Ad Hoc searches on candidates, companies, hiring authorities based on your search and filter criteria.

* Job Postings: Post your open job orders to subscription or known free niche job boards. ECyberAssistant can also auto respond text to applicants, receive and process in your database all posting responses, and code and filter responses based on your criteria into you database so you can report on job board ROI.

* Public Domain Background Checks: When your candidates reach a specified send out level, eCyberAssistant can perform public domain background checks on those candidates and provide any information back to you.

* Build Company Databases: Whether you need to build up your list of industry companies in your database or you need to create a new industry database eCyberAssistant has tools that can get you those companies.

160 man hour minimum commitment.
Can terminate services after 160 man hours.
40 hours per week minimum.
$8 per man hour.
