Mr. S A Magia (Shah) – a Management & Law Graduate & Company Secretary. He has very rich experience of corporate management, accounting and finance. He has served as director in reputed listed company as well as many unlisted companies.

Mrs. K S Shah - She is a qualified Chartered Accountant of India. She holds rich experience in the fields of Accounting practices, Taxation, MIS.
