DESCRIPTION
Alfavia is a contact center company with two years providing contact center services, but whose owners have more than seven years experience in the call center business working for other several companies.
We at Alfavia have the exceptional customer services as our motto. We are encouraged for helping our customers in developing their strengths leveraging their customer base using alternative ways like the telephone, fax, email or web.
We use the telephone as an effective tool for contacting actual and prospective customers; as a way to research how customers feel about products or services from our clients; for updating important customer information (we treat information as an asset); and in many other ways.
We at Alfavia have worked with important companies providing these services like DHL and National Statistics Bureau being the National Call Center for the 2005 National Census with an outstanding performance of about 95%.
Also we have worked with local companies representing world top brands as Toyota and Honda, performing customer research and marketing and sales campaigns.
All these operations are supported by our technological infrastructure with a Nortel Telephone Center and our own CRM Suite with sales and service modules. Reports, Customer Profiles and any other information required by our clients are available through our extranet.
