Beacon Global IT Services is a fully multimedia web-enabled BPO services bureau. We offer world class BPO/contact center solutions to our partners throughout the world using two multimedia web-enabled back-office centers in Hyderabad, India with a current capacity of 1000 stations working 24/7/365, with plans of extending our head count to more than 2500 by the year 2007. We also currently operate a 48-seater contact center at Poughkeepsie, New York through our parent company IIC which is completely debt free and has over 700 consultants and employees working with clients onshore, on site, offsite and in offshore locations.

The services we offer are – contact centers for customer service, product support and helpdesk services. We also offer front office services like claims processing, policy issuance and premium accounting. Additionally, we offer back office processes in the areas of accounting, HR and other transaction-intensive activities.

TERMS
The payments are customized according to the services offered to the client & generally vary between $10 to $25 USD per hour per agent.
