We are running 50+ seater, outbound call center in central India. Currently we are operating for all three shifts and looking for a horizontal growth, as a part of our expansion plan we are now looking for inbound processes and in near future we look forward to establish our center as an major outsourcing destination in central India.

At this point of time we are operating outbound center we have a amazing middle management team and wonderful trainers who are responsible for a writting a success story in a place where call center was an unknown industry a year back. Now we are in a position where we are proud to say Biz Proxy Solutions may handle any type of outbound process (sales, collections) and for a long time we are eying on inbound process and now we are ready for that as well.
