Sai Seva is a rural BPO initiative to support business process outsourcing needs of clients. While most BPOs function out of cities, the escalating costs of infrastructure and labour, the attrition of trained personnel directly translates into mounting costs making the services more expensive.
Sai Seva endeavors to provide high quality transaction processing services at much lower costs from a rural set up. The infrastructure, technlogy and quality of the resources are on par with those at the city. The management team comprises of highly qualified management professionals. The base level employees comprise of graduates who are well qualified for the job. Appropriate training is given to improve the skill sets of the employees.
Currently Sai Seva supports an insurance company in their data capture and claims processing activities.
Transaction processing can be undertaken for any vertical including the insurance, banking and communications sectors.
The directors of the company have over 16 years of experience in the BPO space catering to very complex processes for credit card related services for many multinational banks.
