· Issue of purchase order in favour of M/s Web Synergies (India) Pvt. Ltd. for the proposed job mentioning the total amount of the project.
· Initial requirements study and analysis will be done as part of the implementation process of this product. Web Synergies (India) Pvt Ltd shall advise the method of implementation, certain rules and procedures to be followed to use the product/solution effectively.
· Web Synergies (India) Pvt Ltd shall provide the training to end users as part of implementation of the product/solution.
· 50% advance and balance against delievery of the product.
· Client has sole responsibility for any copyright infringement(s) on materials provided by client and Web Synergies (India) Pvt Ltd will not be held liable.
