Database application development:
Focus on project management and process improvement. Define and optimize the process according to CMMI and business flow. And draft the process flow document and give the training to QA about check list.
Help the quality manager to analysis the problems reported by customer, use quality tools, such as Perato chart, trend chart and SPC, to find the failure reason, defect place. And also monitor the TL data, like NPR and SO.
Audit the development process at the milestone, check the process meet the process demand or not and write the audit report.
