NOVIX is a technology design house, specializing in multimedia codec systems. Our expertise in video, audio and speech codecs coupled with in-depth knowledge of embedded systems enable us to deliver end-to-end solutions and services.

Our sound theoretical base in signal processing made it possible to deliver successfully product development services from scratch for MPEG4-AVC H.264 video compression algorithm and then porting it onto Intel x86, AMD, VIA and ARM processors. This expertise combined with computer vision and advanced signal processing algorithms have helped us provide solutions for security surveillance systems.

We have ported and optimized speech compression algorithms which are widely used in VOIP applications on Texas Instruments DSP platform. We have built end-to-end applications on video/voice transmission over internet protocol.
