BioRainbow Group is a team of specialists in programming and biology with wide range of knowledge and 4 years experience specialized in scientific software development. Our location is Novosibirsk scientific center “Akademgorodok” (Russia). Our group consists of young scientists from two institutes: Institute of Informatics Systems and Institute of Cytology and Genetics. We are joint by idea of working on the edge of programming, biology and mathematics.

SKILLS
BioRainbow’s experience:

- Regulatory sequences analysis. BioRainbow have 4 years successful collaboration with Biobase GmbH (Germany) on development of algorithms of searching transcription factor binding sites and algorithms for promoter analysis, such as philogenetic footprint, composite elements search, microarray experiments processing, revealing of composite TF modules, etc.
- Microarray analysis. Normalization, clustering of microarray data, statistical analysis of microarray data including multiple testing, revealing composite transcription factor modules, that are involved in regulation of current set of microarray experiments.
- Signal processing. In the scope of collaboration with Institute of Informatics Systems we develop methods for DNA processing with the help of Signal Processing methods, such as Extended Spectrum Systems, Wavelet Transformations, Adamar Transformations, etc.
- Software development experience. Usage of MSF and XP technology allows us to satisfy Client expectations and to satisfy scopes of project (e.g. time, cost, features). Our specialists have more that 10 years development experience in C and C++. Also we have experience in development in java, .NET, php, Delphi. Parallel programming experience. Database development experience, graphical tools development experience.
