Ushus Technologies is the division of Accel Transmatic Ltd. which is a public limited company listed in Bombay Stock Exchange. Ushus Technologies was started in year 2000 as a private ltd company to cater for software development services in niche areas like embedded real time systems, multimedia, imaging and printing and networking. Subsequently Ushus got merged with Accel group and became a division of Accel Transmatic Ltd. Ushus has clients in Japan and US and one of the fortune 20 companies in US is the largest client of Ushus.

Ushus Technologies is ISO certified and also assessed at CMM level 3. We are continuously improving our process and plan to be a CMMI Level 5 company by Q2, 2007. The delivery capability of Ushus is very high and as a result have more than 90% client retention is achieved consistently. The strength of Ushus the 90 member strong highly capable and motivated engineering work force. We grew 50% over the last year and expects about 75% growth this year.

We operate out of Technopark in Trivandrum which is the capital city of the south Indian state of Kerala. Trivandrum is well connected with major cities in India and abroad by air and the international airport is only 20 minutes drive from our office. We also boast of state of the art infrastructure with uninterrupted power supply and a 2 Mbps Internet connection. We also fully adhere to the licensing requirements for various tools and have licenses to cover all our staff for various tools.

TERMS
Ushus Technologies has a flexible pricing policy. The corner stone of our pricing policy is differential rates based on the experience levels of engineers assigned and volume discounts. The indicative rates are following.

1 to 3 years : 18 USD/hr
3 to 6 years : 20 USD/hr
6 to 10 years : 22 USD/hr
Above 10 yrs : 25 USD/hr

We can deploy our engineers at client sites and these rates are to be negotiated separately depending upon the location and duration of stay.

Volume discounts are 1% discount after we do 0.25 million USD, 2% after 0.5 million and 5% after 1 million with a client and this is applicable for an year. We also give a 2.5% discount on our initial project.

Our credit periods range from 30 days to 60 days and we work on both time and material based pricing model and also on fixed bid model.
