Comtel has its’ state-of-the-art technology center located at Salt Lake, Calcutta. CTPL has its main development center located at the Salt Lake, Calcutta. The company has core development team of highly experienced IT professionals. Presently there are about 65 IT professionals – and increasing rapidly - working on various projects for Indian as well as foreign clients. The company's growth has been very good and CTPL is in the process of executing a major expansion program.

TERMS
Hours of Coverage:
Covered hours are determined according to the requirement of the Client. Client may request emergency support for urgent issues during non-covered hours by calling the help line numbers. But for a 24X7 support requirement this issue is not required.

Incident Service Management Goal:
Comtel’s subject matter expert or other knowledgeable staff member will respond within:
· Twelve hours (during coverage hours) for issues classified as urgent.
· Twenty-four hours (during coverage hours) for issues classified as high priority.
· Seventy-two hours (during coverage hours) for issues classified as normal priority.
· One hundred twenty (during coverage hours) for issues classified as low priority.
The Client and appropriate Comtel’s staff will mutually determine an issue’s priority classification.

Charges
For dedicated resources the charges will be $1800 per month. For hourly rates the man-hour rate will be $7.5.

Payment Terms
Comtel will raise a bill to the client on first week of every month. The monthly statement for salary & incidental expenses will be enclosed with the bill. Payments have to be made within 15 days of receipt of the bill.

Contract Period
For dedicated resources minimum Contract period is 6 months. One month prior notice is required from both sides for Renewal/Termination of the contract. Apart from this for hourly rate contract, the minimum committed hours is 250 hours.
